If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your item, we offer a hassle-free return process.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. We cannot accept returns/exchanges of items purchased on other websites or in stores.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email Customer Service at hello@andisla.co.uk. Please include your order number, the reason for your return, and whether you are looking for an Exchange or Refund. Once your return is authorized, you will receive a prepaid return label to send your item(s) back to us.
Return Shipping
We offer free shipping on returns within the United States. Please ensure that your return is securely packaged, as we are not liable for any items damaged during return shipping.
Refunds
Refunds to your original payment method will be subject to a $14.95 restocking fee. However, if you choose to receive a refund in the form of store credit, the restocking fee will be waived. Please allow 10 business days for your refund to be processed following the return of your item, with an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. NOTE - due to seasonal pressures on our team, please allow an extra 7 business days to inspect and process returns during the fall and holiday seasons.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate this in your email. We offer free exchanges for items of the same value, subject to availability, and no restocking fee will apply.
